Here's my go-to green smoothie that has all the essential nutrients that nourish my gut and keep me satiated for a while! Click here or on the image below for a video tutorial!

Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
1/4 Avocado
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon of flax meal or chia seeds
1 cup plant milk
1 cup water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender. TIP: Add the protein powder and flax meal last
- Give it a thorough blitz until everything is smooth
- Optional: Add toppings such as chia seeds, hemp seeds or coconut shavings
Notes:
- Protein Powder I have used a plant-based, vegan, gluten-free version. It is sweetened with stevia so I have not added any additional sweetener such as fruits to this smoothie
Storage:
- Smoothies are always best served immediately
